ray and ann kapteyn
Ray and Ann Kapteyn served as missionaries in Brazil for six years. In the fall of 2006, they moved with their three children to Cameroon, West Africa, where they are continuing their work with Wycliffe Bible Translators.
Ray serves as a pilot-mechanic, flying missionaries to remote locations in Cameroon and surrounding countries. The aviation department is excited to be receiving an additional aircraft. They are hoping and praying for new pilots to come to Cameroon.
Ann has just finished helping in a workshop during which two language groups translated AIDS story books into their languages. They also translated the facilitators manual, which included discussion questions and medical information about AIDS. The next step in the AIDS education program is to test the translations, make improvements, print up the books and begin teaching classes in the communities.
Ray and Ann are thankful for all who support them prayerfully and financially.
